my favorite tool in the garage
I love this little rolling cart/stool. Those long hours working on bikes are made much more comfortable sitting on my little stool. I just mentioned to a buddy, "This is my favorite purchase in the garage." I wish I had another one so he'd quit stealing mine. One bolt was missing when it arrived, but that was simple and worth the 2 minutes to put one in.

MSR Base Layer Short Skins

No monkey butt!
I wore a new pair of the MSR shorts for the first time this past weekend on a two-day dirt bike offroad event, for a total of 9 hours in the saddle. I did NOT have any lost skin due to abrasion (monkey butt). These shorts worked out very well, much much better than other shorts that are more designed for bicycling that have the padding under the crotch.

Very good
I had ordered and returned the MSR shorts before purchaseing these. The MSR waist band was not very comfortable. I have a sit down style of riding and I will say that the chamois makes for good end of the day. The waste band is wide and comfortable. They are a little lower on my waste than my normal shorts but not a problem. The pads do not cover the top of my hip bone, but I doubt that any of these type of shorts will. Sizing was true to my other shorts.
