The dark smoke is nice and dark without being too dark at the same time. It blocks a lot of sunlight during the day plus it adds a nice touch to my helmets aesthetics. I have not had any issues with scratches, and it seems impossible to fog.

Been riding with this shield on in the heat and no problems, but when it's a little cooler outside it fogs up very quick.

Not impressed.
It does help cut down on wind noise some but I wear earplugs anyway and when it's cold I wear a balaclava as well. When wearing the earplugs alone or with the balaclava there is no reason for the skirt because they both cut down on wind and noise in the helmet.
